About Me

Welcome to my website!

I'm a passionate teacher, speaker, author, trainer, and coach. With over two decades of experience in software project development, I've spent half of that time leading teams in various capacities, from technical leadership to project management and Scrum Master roles.

A graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science of the Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj Napoca, where I was awarded a Ph.D. in Computer Science in 2000, I have lectured here since 1996.  I currently teach courses on Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship, Agile Software Development, Software Project Management, and Databases.

I am also a partner at Colors in Projects, where I contribute to designing, developing, and delivering training programs on Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies and practices. I am dedicated to fostering a collaborative and dynamic approach to project management, ensuring teams thrive in the ever-evolving landscape of software development.

I am the producer and co-host of Retrospective Agile podcast.

I am a keen player of video games and escape room boardgames.
